Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all services offered by Laetitia Kind, also known as Lieonessa King. They are exclusively binding unless different written agreements are made with the customer. By using the website of Laetitia Kind (bold-to-fly.com), especially for acquiring her services, you agree to these T&Cs. Before using her services or placing an order, you should have read and understood these T&Cs. You may be asked to confirm your agreement to the T&Cs when booking individual services.
Individual Sessions booked with Laetitia Kind (Messages & Action Steps, Guided Trance Journey, Inner Strength & Intuition, etc.) can be canceled via email up to 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are chargeable, and the full appointment cost will be invoiced.
Prerequisites for appointments: Completion of the 18th year of life and mental health. Minors require the consent of a legal guardian.
For all sessions, no future predictions are promised or guaranteed. Any retrospective claims for non-occurring future predictions expire upon completion of the session. In the case of health-related statements, these are made solely for comfort. If psychological or medical terminology is used during the sessions, this does not imply a diagnosis.
A visit to Laetitia Kind does not replace a visit to a doctor. Medications should continue to be taken under the supervision of the treating physician. Laetitia Kind assumes no liability.
For all appointments, Laetitia Kind will act to the best of her knowledge and belief. If a mistake occurs in translating information from card readings or sensitive or mediumship information, Laetitia Kind assumes no liability. There is no guarantee for correct or fitting information.
The customer voluntarily chooses consultation and support in the fields of meditation, trance work, and card reading and is reminded that during and after the individual guidance, they assume responsibility for the effects and consequences on their daily life. The customer remains responsible for their emotional and mental reactions, as well as for their actions and decisions, without referring to Laetitia Kind. Laetitia Kind is released from any liability and responsibility. The sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Laetitia Kind explicitly states to the customer that she is not authorized to perform activities reserved by law for medical professionals, psychotherapists, physiotherapists, or activities reserved for regulated professions such as life and social counseling.
The customer voluntarily chooses to seek assistance and agrees to provide any relevant information related to their condition, including informing Laetitia Kind of any parallel medical treatments, pregnancy, or other health concerns that are important for assessing their health status.
As long as the customer does not object, the data from their order will be processed and used by Laetitia Kind for customer consultation and optimal customer orientation. This consent can be revoked at any time without giving a reason. The revocation should be addressed in writing to: hello@bold-to-fly.com
Access to some services on the platform bold-to-fly.com requires registration. Registration is done by opening a personal user account and is free of charge. If you don’t have a user account yet, you will be prompted to register with the required information when placing your first order.
Registration is only open to fully capable individuals who are of legal age (i.e., persons at least 18 years old). You are obliged to provide complete and truthful information for registration. Changes should be made immediately to ensure the details in the user account are always accurate and complete. Incomplete registrations will be deleted after a reasonable period without notice.
The access data collected during registration, such as usernames, email addresses, and passwords, are intended for your personal use and must be kept confidential. All orders placed via your user account will be attributed to you and are binding for you.
We reserve the right to delete personal data or block your user account at our discretion.
The overview of services and prices provided on the website by Laetitia Kind is merely an invitation for you to make an offer. You make your selection through the sales channel. The selection is displayed in the shopping cart or communicated to you by email. By confirming the order by clicking the confirmation box (“Complete Order”) in the shopping cart or by email, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected service. The purchase contract for the services I offer is concluded once I confirm your order via my website, phone, or email. Confirmations sent to incorrectly provided email addresses are considered legally valid. If I do not confirm an order immediately, you remain bound by your offer for two days.
For every selected service, Laetitia Kind, also known as Lieonessa King, acts as your contractual partner.
Orders are binding and can only be canceled or changed with my written consent. Any costs and/or processing fees arising from cancellations or changes will generally be passed on.
If any provisions of these T&Cs become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An alternative provision will be agreed upon that most closely matches the economic purpose of the parties.
Austrian law applies.
